Take a breath. You’re exactly where you need to be to get the pelvic floor information + exercises you deserve. Guess what? It doesn’t involve changing the shape of your body, spending hours at the gym, or doing kegels at every red light. I have worked with 100’s of women 1:1 in my clinical practice, teaching them simple and effective strategies to alleviate and manage their pelvic floor symptoms whether it’s urine leaks, pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy, ab separation, returning to exercise postpartum, pain with intimacy or living life with pelvic organ prolapse.
