I have been there, where you are. Preparing for birth, confused about the “best” way to push to protect my pelvic floor. Wanting to do what feels innate and instinctual, while navigating the conflicting information out there.

I have been through 3 vaginal births myself. For my first birth (as a pelvic floor physio), I entered it with a LOT of knowledge + support, some strong preferences but with zero breathing strategies for pain management. I was completely disconnected from my breath + body, shocked by the primal intensity of birth.

After each birth I focused on preparing my brain and body, by connecting them to my breath. That is why I created this workshop, to help you feel connected to your body and confident to pick the pushing strategy that feels instinctual and intuitive to you. I want you feel POWERFUL and PRESENT in your upcoming birth.
